Spotify Ain’t that Special for Apple; an Answer Back!

Published on July 29, 2016 by in Apple

Spotity VS AppleSo what is going on between Spotify and Apple Inc.? Did Spotify break the rules or is Apple making an attempt to crush it perfectly? This might be hard to answer, especially after what Apple had to say to Spotify. We certainly cannot forget the fact that Spotify is a great musical rival for Apple Inc.

So what fueled the fight? Spotify was raged when it Apple Inc. rejected their request of a latest update to their music app. At this Spotify answered back by pointing at Apple as a random coward. According to Spotify, Apple did not approve their request as it does not want its rival applications to get better so that they (iTunes Apple Music System) can eventually be the best ones.

The general counsel of Apple Inc. Bruce Sewell, stated:

“We find it extremely problematic that you are demanding for the exemptions from the rules that are applied to all the developers and are publically piling up rumors and false statements regarding our services.”

Spotity iPhone

So what was this new update all about? According to Bruce, Spotify was allowing new people to sign up with it without having to pay Apple an in app subscription fee. We all know that Apple is a free application and the consumers only pay a subscription fee for gaining its service. Thus, Apple eventually won’t be able to create money if they approve their request.

However, Spotify did not hold itself back from showing people the real face of Apple. The Head of Communications of Apple Inc. Jonathan Price tweeted something which further added fuel to the already set fire.

Apple eating Spotify

He tweets a photo of an Apple subscription which said:

“You discovered a premium feature!

You must have a premium subscription to unlock it.”

Acting quite smart, Apple did not respond to Jonathan’s tweet immediately.

The latest news says that Apple launched a brand new and low key subscription revenue split which can be utilized by companies as such Spotify. Apple now charges 30% to kick start the proceeds in Apple app store but reduces it down to 15% percent as the process begins. Earlier, it used to charge 30% along the way! So should Spotify try out the low key subscription revenue split? Or maybe it sets the standard too low for this music application?

Anyhow, Apple certainly has said it indirectly: Spotify ain’t that special for them at all!

NASA and Apple Engage in Partnership

Published on July 28, 2016 by in Apple

Apple and NasaDoesn’t sound too oblivious that a space company and smartphone company are partnering up?  So what actually bought them together?

This space agency NASA and iPhone makers are planning to team together to make songs which are inspired by the Juno Probe Mission.

If we dive into the history of space and music exploration, then you might be stunned. They have been sharing a great history. The astronauts who were on moon missions used to be woken up by the mission control musical selection. So eventually, this does seem a bit logical that NASA has plans to revive this history and team up with the best tech company, Apple Inc. Apple and NASA will now work together to create music which will be completely inspired by this mission, better known as the Juno Probe mission these days.

Jupiter inspired

As a confirmation for all the customers of Apple, it launched a Jupiter page on the iTunes a week or two back. This page features some amazing music by Brad Paisley, Trent Reznor, and Corrine Bailey along with a lot of others. These songs are up for sale; yes you won’t be getting a space music track for free. It costs $1.29 each. So let’s be honest here! Are you going to BUY a sound track for this much? Do let us know!

This partnership is not all about Juno Probe mission inspired songs. It has launched a short film which is known as the “Visions of Harmony.” What is this short film about? This movie is going to tell you all about exploring the space and creating music with this exploration. This short film also features some incredible songs from Nine Inch Nails and Weezer.

Apple and Nasa Music

It has been a long wait of five years but now Juno has finally launched on July 4, in Jupiter’s Polar Orbit. Juno will now be studying the composition, atmosphere, weather, gravity and magnetosphere of the planet.

So what is it that you guys think about this partnership? Is anyone going to spend a dollar and half (almost) for each space inspired music track? Or is this partnership going to go to waste? Well, that is for us to wait upon until there are sufficient reviews on it. Nothing can be said as for now, that whether this joint mission to create space music will work out or not. But NASA and Apple have their fingers crossed for this one!

And with it being on way…we all are super curious to know as much as we can about it so that we can decide whether it is a perfect pick to make or not. Yes, you heard it right! Keep your fingers crossed, as it might be just too near to grab now. However, the iPhone 7 is probably going to release first.

Beginning with the display of the MacBook Pro; we have not experienced much change in it over a long time. The original 13 inch MacBook Pro was turned into a 15 inch one in March 2015. So can we expect an enlargement in the screen again this year? Well, the rumors make us believe that it is so not happening. The makers of the next generation of MacBook Pro are planning to bring in serious changes in the processors and system of the MacBook Pro and not just the interface.

New MacBook Pro 2016

Rumors have it that MacBook Pro 2016 will come with a detachable touch screen. Sounds great, right? Moreover, there are immense gossips that the OLED display will be taking the place of MacBook Pro function keys this year. And just like we have heard in the rumor list of iPhone 7-the headphone jack is likely going to disappear from the MacBook Pro 2016 version as well. So you never know that the 3.5mm headphone jack dies in the MacBook Pro as well.

MacBook Pro 2016 will be the next generation of the Apple professional notebook and it will certainly proof itself. The price however is going upwards as it is rumored that this upgraded version of MacBook Pro is going to cost you $1,264 or a bit more. So the next question that pops into your mind might be this; is it going to be worth so much money?

2016 MacBook Pro

Apple needs to pull off something great about its processors as Dell and Microsoft have upgraded immensely. This is why; the rumors have it that Skylake is probably going to be instilled in the 2016 version of MacBook Pro. How is it going to help? The speed will be improved massively and battery life will be more enjoyable as well. It also promises to deliver high speed in data transferring.

So yes, MacBook Pro 2016 is not only going to be smarter but is definitely going to be much more productive as well. People who already use MacBook Pro will certainly love to upgrade to this one. This is definitely the best bet for all the Apple lovers. Don’t miss out on this one at all guys!

12 month prediction on Apple

Published on July 27, 2016 by in Apple

12mo Apple PridictionsApple lovers might just get the best within the next 12 months! It is the perfect year for the Apple fanatics. Or at least the predictions make us believe so. So what is up for 2016 and 2017 that makes it a great year for Apple Inc. and its users? Here is all that you need to know about it!
Let’s not forget the incredible year (2015) that it was for Apple Inc. in all. The iPhone 6, iPad Pro, Apple Pay, Apple Music 12mo prediction iPhone 7Beats and the Apple Watch gave the tech market so much to buzz about and adore as well. This immense success gave us all a hint that Apple is up to something great for the coming year or so and it turns out that the hints are quite appropriate
The Apple Watch did turn in a lot of fans and Apple fanatics as well. But it somehow lacked some minor necessities which
made it go slow with the passage of time. So an upgrade to this eye catching Apple Watch is expected within 2016 or 2017. The Apple Watch turned a
year in April and before it turns another year; we will likely have an updated and much more professional version of it in our hands.
12mo prediction Apple WatchLet’s now talk about the iPhone world. We all know what a buzz the iPhone 6, 6s and 6s plus created. Even when people are not fully over the display and lush feeling of the iPhone 6 series, iPhone 7 is all set. And this was hinted by everyone when the 6 series came out. However, another prediction is that we are going to get the iPhone 7s along as well. Within 2016 or maybe 2017! The redesigning is much expected in the iPhone 7 series and the screen will be enlarging a bit more also. Many people have predicted that the home button is also going to die out (hope you have gotten over the death of headphone jack already). However, not many are going to mourn over the death of the home button.
We didn’t get any update to the iPad Air in 2015 so this one is much expected, predicted and waited upon for 2016 and 2017. But the tech geeks are predicting that the iPad Pro has sidelined the iPad Air series completely and we might not get anymore from it. The predication is not convincing at all that Apple is not going to release another Air product sooner or later but for now the predications are going in the right direction; there is not a single rumor about the iPad Air update.
Apple 12mo prediction TVThe Apple TV has undergone a lot of changes over the few years and people living in UK have adored it. The predictions further say that it will come up with a BBC iPlayer this year.
So there are all the exciting predications for the Apple fans! We are definitely looking forward to a great year!

Will Apple Purchase Tidal

Published on July 27, 2016 by in Apple

Apple Tidal PurchaseThere is so much buzz about Apple and Tidal, right? Have you heard about it? So is it true that Apple has plans to buy a rapper-owned music service? So is this really happening? There are a lot of rumors piled up about it.

The hottest music service which is owned by the hip hop singer Jay Z and is better known as Tidal, has rumors of being selling to Apple Inc. However, the Wall Street Journal said that discussions are over about it as Jay Z has refused to sell it to them. At the same time, the talks won’t end as Jay Z has been in search of selling this app since a long time.

Tidal might not have a lot of power to fuel their journey in overtaking the lead that Spotify has right now in the market. It is certainly leading the world of musical apps right now. However, what Tidal has, is the star studded power which is somehow enough to magnetize people towards it. It has been subscribed by Kayne West and Beyoncé which actually adds in a lot of glitz to it. The relationship of Tidal with the best rock stars is certainly its greatest weapon or power but it somehow holds a bit back as it is owned by the star himself and not Apple Inc.

possible tidal purchaseFrom the entire time that Jay Z has owned Tidal, he has spent half of that time in selling it. Jay Z bought this application in January 2015 for $56. The app was relaunched in March with a proper, glitz and glam ceremony which was attended by a lot of stars. Within a time span of 6 months, the rapper was rumored to be in talks with Samsung regarding selling his app. However, the discussions ended twice with no outcomes.

Apple however, launched its first ever music service a year ago and since then is indulged in a race to beat Spotify, which is right now leading all the musical applications. Apple Inc. did not fail to do so as it managed to rake in 15 million users towards its music service within the first year. But the sad news for Apple is that Spotify is ahead of them…as they have double the customers as Apple does. Spotify has 30 million users at the moment and the surprising fact here is that their customers have doubled only after Apple launched its music service.

Tidal appSo will Tidal purchase help Apple reach the 30 million users goal? Well, you never know. The rumors are abuzz and there isn’t anything sure about it. If Jay Z does sell it off; the news won’t be hidden off anyway. So let’s just wait for the bring news to come to surface.
